RECRUITMENT AND PROMOTION DEPARTMENT
The department is headed by the Director who is responsible through the Permanent Secretary to the Commission members for the efficiency of the department and for the execution of approved policy. All decision on policy are conveyed to them through the Permanent Secretary. The major functions of this department are: Recruitment, Appointment, discipline, secondment Transfer of Service, Pooling Retirement, Deployment and promotion. It is also pertinent to note that the punching of this department is interchangeable with Planning Research and Statistics Department.
