DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING, RESEARCH AND STATISTICS
The Department of Planning, Research and Statistics has six staff which comprise of the Director and five supporting staff. The department is made up of two units, this are planning unit and statistics unit and are headed by Planning Officer II and statistician II respectively. To state briefly, the Department of Planning, Research and Statistics of the Civil Service Commission is saddle with their responsibility of preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual report; preparation of budget and rolling plan; processing of retirement issues; processing transfer of service and secondment matters; compilation of all ministries staff data; collection and collation of data of the Commission’s planning, research and development of manpower in the state civil service; and other planning and Statistics related activities.
